ASSC. PROF. SEYHAN BİLİR GÜLER 

She fulfills duty at Trakya University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Major Field of Administration and Organization Studies.

After completing her undergraduate study at Inönü University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, in 1993 she took office as a research assistant at Trakya University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Major Field of Administration and Organization Studies. She has completed her graduate study at Trakya University and her doctorate at Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences. After earning her PhD in 2005, she was assigned as assistant professor at Trakya University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration.

She carries out the Board membership in Trakya University Quality and Strategy Development, Application and Research Center. Her research fields are women and gender in working life, organizational culture and organization theories.

ASSIST. PROF. DR İLKE ORUÇ 

She was born in 1980 in Ankara. She completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara. She completed his undergraduate education at Abant İzzet Baysal University, Department of Business Administration. In 2001, She started working as a Research Assistant at Trakya University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Management-Organization. She also completed her master's degree at this university. She completed hers doctorate in Anadolu University, Institute of Social Sciences, Management-Organization. Later, she did his post-doctorate at the University of South Africa, and later she works as Assistant Professor at Trakya University. She continues her duty as a Faculty Member. Her research interests are on organizational behavior and gender.
